A paradigm shift

Twenty years from now, looking back, we will see that we were in the middle of a major shift. A shift from becoming best in the world to be best for the world. In other words a shift from egocentric to ecocentric values. In this context, all business that has been created, is by definition created in the ‘old’ paradigm.

The perspective, the context and the perception in which tools are looked upon changes the tools and the outcome when using them.

A tool is filled with knowledge and experience. Knowledge and experience expand us as well as the tools. That implies that the tools themselves are not static, they evolve over time and adapt to insights and learning.

A transformative workshop

During the workshop we will transform some of the most used tools for business development into the new paradigm. For example:

  • SWOT (strategy tool)
  • Lean Start Up
  • Business Model Canvas
  • Integrated Model of Group Development (IMGD)
  • GROW (coaching method)
  • NABC (pitching method)

A method based on intentional choice and decision

Intentional Decisions is a compelling model for raising awareness of the possibility of choice (a variety of choices), it serves as an ethical framework and empowers us with the ability to decide (the process of choosing, i.e. pick one). Here is description of the Intentional Decisions Model:

Lets create the future together!
